WalkOff Fitness, LLC, doing business as WalkOff, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how WalkOff collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes information when you use the WalkOff mobile application, the WalkOff website, the WalkOff waitlist, WalkOff Pro, Route Walk, leaderboards, achievements, friend features, profile features, challenge features, subscription features, and any related services we provide. In this Privacy Policy, “WalkOff,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WalkOff Fitness, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to anyone who visits our website, joins our waitlist, creates an account, uses the app, connects fitness data, starts a Route Walk, subscribes to WalkOff Pro, contacts support, or otherwise uses WalkOff. WalkOff is a competitive walking and fitness app that allows users to track steps, complete walks, earn XP, build streaks, unlock achievements, climb rank tiers, compete on leaderboards, track progress, connect with friends, use Route Walk, and access optional premium features through WalkOff Pro. By using WalkOff, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use WalkOff. This Privacy Policy is intended to be clear, specific, and accurate. We will not knowingly collect, use, or share your information in ways that are materially different from this Privacy Policy unless we update this Privacy Policy or ask for your permission when required by law. 1. Minimum Age

WalkOff is intended only for users who are at least 14 years old. You may not create an account, join the waitlist, use the app, or use WalkOff services if you are under 14 years old. If you are between 14 and 17 years old, you may use WalkOff only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or using WalkOff as a user under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has allowed you to use WalkOff. If you live in a country, state, province, or region where the legal age for consenting to online services is higher than 14, you may use WalkOff only if your parent or legal guardian gives any legally required consent. WalkOff does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14 years old. If we learn that someone under 14 has created an account or provided personal information to WalkOff, we will take reasonable steps to delete that account and related personal information as soon as reasonably possible. Parents or guardians may contact us at info@walkoff.com to request review or deletion of information connected to a user who is under the allowed age.

2. WalkOff Is Not Medical Advice

WalkOff is a walking, fitness, motivation, and progress-tracking app. WalkOff is not a doctor, hospital, emergency service, medical provider, dietitian, therapist, personal trainer, health care provider, or medical device. WalkOff does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or manage any disease, injury, disorder, or medical condition. Any step counts, XP totals, rank progress, streaks, calorie estimates, distance estimates, walking speed estimates, route summaries, progress trends, fitness suggestions, or AI-generated suggestions are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. WalkOff’s fitness data may be inaccurate. Phone sensors, GPS systems, wearable devices, Apple Health data, manual entries, and calculation formulas can produce incorrect or incomplete results. You are responsible for using WalkOff safely. You should stop walking, exercising, or using fitness features if you feel unsafe, dizzy, sick, injured, in pain, unusually tired, short of breath, or uncomfortable. If you have a medical condition, health concern, injury, or question about exercise, you should speak with a doctor, parent, guardian, or trusted adult before using fitness features. WalkOff is designed to make walking more fun, competitive, and motivating. WalkOff is not designed to pressure users into unsafe exercise, unhealthy habits, extreme dieting, or medical decisions.

3. Information We Collect

WalkOff collects information that helps us operate the app, provide core features, protect users, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, improve performance, and comply with law. The information we collect depends on how you use WalkOff. Some information is required to create and maintain an account. Some information is optional. Some information is collected only with your permission, such as location data for Route Walk or Apple Health data for step syncing. WalkOff aims to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the service, improve the app, protect users, and comply with legal requirements.

4. Account Information

When you create or use a WalkOff account, WalkOff may collect your email address, username, display name, password authentication information, account creation date, login activity, account settings, profile photo or avatar, bio, referral code, subscription status, friend list, blocked users, friend requests, and account status. WalkOff uses account information to create your account, let you sign in, identify your profile, operate social features, provide leaderboards, manage privacy and safety settings, prevent fake accounts, provide support, and protect your account. Your email address is used for account-related purposes, such as account verification and account status. Your username, display name, profile photo, rank, XP, streak, achievements, leaderboard position, and certain profile stats may be visible to other users depending on the feature you use. You should not include private information in your username, display name, bio, or profile photo. You should not use your home address, school name, phone number, full legal name, private location, personal schedule, or other sensitive information in public profile areas.

5. Age and Eligibility Information

WalkOff may ask for your age or date of birth to confirm that you are old enough to use the app. WalkOff uses age or date of birth information to enforce the 14+ minimum age rule, apply teen safety protections, prevent underage account creation, and comply with laws that may require parent or guardian consent. WalkOff does not use age information to target advertisements. WalkOff does not sell age information. If WalkOff determines that a user is under the allowed age, WalkOff may delete the account, restrict access, remove personal information, or take other steps needed to comply with law and protect users.

6. Profile Information

WalkOff may allow you to create a public or semi-public profile. Your profile may include your username, display name, profile picture, bio, rank tier, XP, streak, achievements, challenge progress, leaderboard position, and friend-related information. WalkOff uses profile information to show your identity inside the app, display your progress, let friends recognize you, operate leaderboards, show achievements, and support competitive features. Some profile information may be visible to other WalkOff users. For example, users may see your username, display name, profile picture, rank badge, XP, streak, leaderboard placement, or achievement status. You are responsible for the profile information you choose to provide. You should not upload profile content that includes private information, inappropriate content, someone else’s image without permission, school details, home addresses, identification documents, or anything unsafe.

7. Fitness and Activity Information

WalkOff may collect, create, calculate, or display fitness and activity information when you use the app. WalkOff may collect your step count so the app can calculate daily progress, XP, streaks, achievements, leaderboard placement, rank progress, challenge progress, and walking history. WalkOff may collect walking distance so the app can estimate how far you walked, display route summaries, calculate speed, support progress charts, and show completed walk results. WalkOff may collect walking duration so the app can show how long you walked, calculate average pace, estimate speed, and display Route Walk summaries. WalkOff may estimate calories burned based on your activity, distance, steps, walking time, age, height, weight, speed, and other information you choose to provide. Calorie burn numbers are estimates only and may be inaccurate. WalkOff may collect your streak information so the app can show how many days in a row you have reached your walking goals or used eligible activity features. WalkOff may calculate XP based on your steps, streaks, bonuses, rank progress, challenges, and premium features. XP is used for motivation and competition inside WalkOff. WalkOff may calculate your rank tier based on XP, leaderboard status, or other app rules. Rank tiers may include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Rainbow, and Nightmare. WalkOff may store achievement progress so the app can show which achievements you have unlocked and which achievements you are still working toward. WalkOff may store challenge progress so the app can show your performance in daily, weekly, friend, or community challenges. WalkOff may show fitness and activity information in charts, progress screens, leaderboard screens, achievement screens, route summaries, and share cards.

8. Route Walk and Location Information

WalkOff includes a Route Walk feature that allows you to start a walk, track where you go, end the walk, and view a route summary. If you use Route Walk, WalkOff may ask for permission to access your location. If you allow location access, WalkOff may collect location information while a Route Walk is active. WalkOff may collect GPS location points during a Route Walk so the app can draw your route on a map and show where you went. WalkOff may collect timestamps connected to location points so the app can calculate walking time, distance, speed, pace, and route progress. WalkOff may collect start and end location information so the app can calculate the full route and show a completed walk summary. WalkOff may calculate distance walked from location information, steps, or device sensors. WalkOff may calculate average speed from distance and time. WalkOff may also filter obviously unrealistic GPS jumps or impossible walking speeds to improve accuracy. WalkOff may generate a route map preview after you finish a Route Walk. This preview may show an orange route line, the area where you walked, and summary stats such as distance, time, average speed, steps, and estimated calories burned. WalkOff should only collect precise Route Walk location when you choose to start Route Walk or when you use a feature that clearly requires location access. WalkOff should not collect precise walking-route location in the background for unrelated purposes. You can turn off location permission in your device settings. If you turn off location permission, Route Walk may not work correctly. Location information can be sensitive because it may reveal your home, school, workplace, gym, routine, or places you visit. You should review route summaries before sharing them. WalkOff may provide route-sharing features, but you are responsible for what you choose to share. You should not publicly share routes that reveal your home, school, exact routine, or private locations.

9. Walk Completion and Sharing

When you finish a Route Walk, WalkOff may show a walk completion screen. The walk completion screen may include a map preview, an orange route line, distance walked, time walked, average speed, steps taken, estimated calories burned, XP earned, streak progress, achievements earned, rank progress, and WalkOff branding. WalkOff may allow you to share a completed walk through text message, social media, story posts, screenshots, or other apps. You choose whether to share a completed walk. WalkOff does not control what happens to your information after you choose to share it outside WalkOff. Before sharing a route, you should check whether the route reveals private locations. You should avoid sharing a route that starts or ends at your home, school, workplace, or another private location. WalkOff is not responsible for how other people, social platforms, messaging apps, or third-party services use information after you share it outside WalkOff.

10. Apple Health, HealthKit, and Wearable Information

WalkOff may allow you to connect Apple Health, HealthKit, Apple Watch, or another wearable or fitness service. If you connect Apple Health or a wearable service, WalkOff may ask permission to access certain health or fitness data. WalkOff will access this information only if you give permission through the device or service. WalkOff may request access to step count so the app can track walking progress, calculate XP, update streaks, unlock achievements, and place you on leaderboards. WalkOff may request access to walking or running distance so the app can show progress, calculate route summaries, and improve distance estimates. WalkOff may request access to workout information so the app can show activity history and connect completed workouts to progress features. WalkOff may request access to active energy or calories burned so the app can show estimated calorie burn and progress. WalkOff may request access to height, weight, age, or date of birth if needed to estimate calorie burn, personalize progress, or calculate activity-related features. WalkOff does not sell Apple Health data. WalkOff does not use Apple Health data for advertising. WalkOff does not share Apple Health data with data brokers. WalkOff does not use Apple Health data for unrelated marketing. WalkOff uses Apple Health or wearable data only to provide WalkOff features, improve fitness tracking, calculate progress, operate achievements, support leaderboards, and maintain user-requested activity history. You can change or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in your device settings. If you revoke Apple Health permissions, some WalkOff features may stop working or become less accurate.

11. Calories, Weight, Height, and Body-Related Information

WalkOff may allow you to enter or sync height, weight, age, activity level, calorie goals, food entries, meal information, or other fitness-related information. WalkOff may use height, weight, age, walking time, distance, steps, and speed to estimate calories burned. WalkOff may use weight entries to show progress over time if you choose to track weight. WalkOff may use meal or calorie entries to show calorie tracking, estimated intake, estimated burn, and optional progress features. WalkOff’s calorie, weight, and body-related features are estimates only. They may be inaccurate. They are not medical advice, nutrition advice, eating disorder treatment, weight loss treatment, or professional health guidance. WalkOff should not be used to make extreme dieting decisions, unsafe exercise decisions, or medical decisions. If you are under 18, you should use body-related and calorie-related features with parent or guardian awareness and should speak with a trusted adult or doctor if you have health concerns.

12. Leaderboards, Ranks, Tiers, and XP

WalkOff includes competitive features such as leaderboards, XP, streaks, achievements, ranks, tiers, and challenges. WalkOff may collect and display your XP so you can progress through rank tiers and compare progress with other users. WalkOff may display your rank tier, such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Rainbow, or Nightmare, so users can understand your progress. WalkOff may display leaderboard placement so users can compete globally, weekly, with friends, or within challenges. WalkOff may display Nightmare status for users who meet the app’s highest competitive requirements. WalkOff may display badges, frames, and visual rank effects around profile pictures, leaderboard entries, achievement cards, and tier screens. WalkOff may use leaderboard data to detect cheating, unrealistic activity, GPS spoofing, bot accounts, fake steps, or unfair activity. If WalkOff believes activity is fake, abusive, unsafe, or against app rules, WalkOff may remove XP, adjust leaderboard placement, reset progress, remove achievements, suspend an account, or delete an account.

13. Achievements

WalkOff may track achievement progress and achievement unlocks. WalkOff may collect activity information to determine whether you have earned achievements, such as streak achievements, step achievements, rank achievements, challenge achievements, or social achievements. WalkOff may display achievement badges on your profile, achievement screen, leaderboard profile, share cards, or other parts of the app. WalkOff may show locked achievements, unlocked achievements, progress toward achievements, and the date or condition under which an achievement was earned. Achievements are for motivation and entertainment. They are not medical, professional, or official performance records.

14. Friend Features and Social Features

WalkOff may allow users to add friends, accept friend requests, decline friend requests, remove friends, block users, view friend profiles, compare progress, or appear on friend leaderboards. WalkOff may collect friend request information so users can connect with each other. WalkOff may store friend lists so users can view friend leaderboards, compete with friends, and access social features. WalkOff may store blocked user information so users can limit interactions with people they do not want to interact with. WalkOff may display profile information to friends depending on the feature and privacy settings. WalkOff may allow users to report inappropriate content, abusive behavior, harassment, cheating, impersonation, or safety concerns. WalkOff may review reports and take action, including warning users, removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or deleting accounts.

15. Profile Pictures, Badge Frames, and Visual Assets

WalkOff may allow you to upload or choose a profile picture. WalkOff may show rank badges, achievement badges, tier visuals, profile frames, and Nightmare effects around or near profile pictures. WalkOff may display these visuals in leaderboards, profiles, tier screens, achievements, Route Walk summaries, share cards, and challenge screens. WalkOff may process uploaded images to display them correctly, resize them, crop them, moderate them, or store them with your account. You should not upload images that include private information, someone else’s image without permission, inappropriate content, school information, home information, identity documents, or anything unsafe. WalkOff may remove profile photos or other visual content if they violate our rules or create safety concerns.

16. Camera and Photo Library Information

WalkOff may ask for access to your camera or photo library for features such as profile pictures, food photos, AI calorie scanning, support screenshots, or other user-selected uploads. WalkOff will request permission before accessing your camera or photo library. WalkOff uses camera or photo library access only for features you choose to use. You can deny or revoke camera and photo permissions in your device settings. If you use AI calorie scanning or photo-based features, WalkOff may process the image you provide to estimate food information, calorie information, or related app features. AI calorie estimates may be inaccurate and should not be treated as medical or professional nutrition advice.

17. AI Features

WalkOff may include AI-powered features. AI features may include AI calorie scanning, AI meal suggestions, AI progress estimates, AI fitness tips, AI route summaries, AI support responses, AI moderation tools, or AI-generated insights. WalkOff may process information you provide to AI features, such as food photos, meal entries, activity history, progress data, profile content, support questions, or route summaries. WalkOff uses AI-related information to provide the feature you requested, improve app safety, moderate content, prevent abuse, and operate WalkOff. AI outputs may be inaccurate. You should not rely on AI features as medical advice, nutrition advice, legal advice, mental health advice, emergency guidance, or professional advice. WalkOff does not sell AI-processed health, fitness, route, or Apple Health information. WalkOff does not use Apple Health data for advertising.

18. Subscription and WalkOff Pro Information

WalkOff may offer optional paid features through WalkOff Pro. WalkOff Pro may include features such as advanced progress stats, premium rank visuals, extra insights, AI-powered tools, advanced calorie features, additional customization, detailed charts, progress predictions, or other premium features. If purchases are made through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment. WalkOff may receive limited subscription information from Apple or related service providers. WalkOff may receive information about whether your subscription is active, what product you purchased, when the subscription started, when it expires, whether it was canceled, whether it renewed, and whether there was a refund or billing issue. WalkOff does not receive your full credit card number from Apple. Canceling WalkOff Pro does not automatically delete your WalkOff account. Deleting your WalkOff account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. If your subscription is managed by Apple, you must cancel it through your Apple account settings. WalkOff may use subscription status information to unlock premium features, show subscription screens, provide customer support, prevent subscription abuse, and maintain business records.

19. Device, Technical, and Usage Information

WalkOff may collect device, technical, and usage information when you use the app or website. WalkOff may collect device type so we can understand whether the app is being used on an iPhone, iPad, or another supported device. WalkOff may collect operating system information so we can fix bugs, maintain compatibility, and improve performance. WalkOff may collect app version information so we can identify outdated versions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support. WalkOff may collect crash logs so we can understand why the app stopped working and fix technical problems. WalkOff may collect performance logs so we can improve loading times, route tracking, animations, charts, and app stability. WalkOff may collect analytics events so we can understand which features are used, which features are confusing, and how users move through the app. WalkOff may collect IP address and approximate region for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, analytics, and legal compliance. WalkOff may collect device identifiers or installation identifiers to support analytics, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and maintain app functionality. WalkOff uses technical information to operate WalkOff, improve the product, fix bugs, prevent cheating, protect users, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

20. Website, Waitlist, and Contact Form Information

If you visit the WalkOff website, join the waitlist, or contact us through a form, WalkOff may collect information you provide through the website. WalkOff may collect your email address when you join the waitlist so we can send launch updates, early access information, product updates, or account-related messages. WalkOff may collect your name or username if you provide it through a form. WalkOff may collect your message content when you contact support so we can respond to your question or request. WalkOff may collect basic website analytics, such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location, referral source, and time spent on the website. WalkOff uses website and waitlist information to respond to users, improve the website, understand interest in WalkOff, prevent spam, and send updates when allowed. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing emails. You may still receive important account, privacy, legal, security, or service messages if you have an account.

21. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The WalkOff website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies. WalkOff may use necessary cookies to keep the website working, remember basic preferences, prevent spam, and protect forms. WalkOff may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website and improve the website experience. WalkOff does not use health data, precise location data, Apple Health data, teen data, or Route Walk data for targeted advertising. If WalkOff adds advertising cookies or targeted advertising in the future, WalkOff will update this Privacy Policy and provide required choices before using information in that way. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

22. Communications

WalkOff may send you emails, push notifications, or in-app messages. WalkOff may send account messages for account verification, password resets, security alerts, privacy requests, support responses, account deletion updates, subscription updates, and important service notices. WalkOff may send product messages about launch updates, feature updates, challenge updates, leaderboard updates, achievement updates, streak reminders, friend requests, and WalkOff Pro information. WalkOff may send push notifications for reminders, streaks, challenges, rank changes, friend requests, achievements, route summaries, and account security. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting info@walkoff.com. WalkOff should not use notifications to pressure users into unsafe exercise, unhealthy behavior, or overuse.

23. Content Moderation and Safety

WalkOff may moderate usernames, display names, bios, profile pictures, walk captions, challenge content, friend-related content, support messages, and other user-generated content. WalkOff may use automated systems, filters, and manual review to detect unsafe, abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, discriminatory, spammy, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content. WalkOff may block slurs, abusive language, harassment, threats, sexual content, violent content, bullying, impersonation, scams, personal information about others, and attempts to bypass filters. WalkOff may block misspellings, number substitutions, symbol substitutions, spacing tricks, or other attempts to evade moderation. WalkOff may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or report serious safety issues when appropriate. WalkOff may store moderation records to prevent repeat abuse, protect users, investigate reports, and enforce app rules.

24. Cheating, Fraud, and Abuse Prevention

WalkOff may process account information, activity information, route information, device information, and technical signals to detect cheating, fraud, abuse, or unsafe use. WalkOff may analyze whether activity appears realistic so the app can reduce fake steps, GPS spoofing, impossible speeds, bot accounts, leaderboard manipulation, fraudulent referrals, subscription abuse, spam, and harassment. WalkOff may filter unrealistic GPS jumps or impossible walking speeds to make Route Walk more accurate. WalkOff may remove XP, remove leaderboard scores, remove achievements, reset progress, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts if WalkOff reasonably believes activity is fake, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or against app rules. WalkOff may use this information to protect honest users, preserve fair competition, and maintain the integrity of leaderboards and achievements.

25. How WalkOff Uses Information

WalkOff uses information to provide and improve the app. WalkOff uses account information to create accounts, authenticate users, protect accounts, manage settings, provide support, and process account deletion requests. WalkOff uses profile information to display profiles, leaderboards, friends, achievements, rank visuals, and social features. WalkOff uses fitness and activity information to track steps, calculate XP, calculate streaks, show progress, unlock achievements, place users on leaderboards, and operate challenges. WalkOff uses location information to provide Route Walk, show completed routes, calculate distance, calculate speed, display route maps, and create walk summaries. WalkOff uses Apple Health or wearable information to sync steps, improve progress tracking, calculate activity, and reduce manual entry. WalkOff uses subscription information to unlock WalkOff Pro features, manage billing status, prevent subscription abuse, and provide support. WalkOff uses device and technical information to fix bugs, improve performance, prevent abuse, protect accounts, maintain security, and understand how the app is used. WalkOff uses support messages to respond to users, investigate issues, resolve privacy requests, and improve the product. WalkOff uses moderation information to enforce safety rules, prevent harmful content, protect minors, and maintain a positive community. WalkOff uses analytics to understand app performance, improve design, identify confusing screens, test features, and make WalkOff better. WalkOff uses information to comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce our rules, resolve disputes, and protect WalkOff, users, and the public.

26. Public Information

Some information in WalkOff may be public or visible to other users. Your username may be visible to other users so they can identify your profile, leaderboard entry, friend request, or challenge activity. Your display name may be visible to other users if you choose to provide one. Your profile picture may be visible to other users in profiles, leaderboards, friend lists, achievements, and share cards. Your rank tier may be visible to other users so they can see your progress. Your XP may be visible to other users on leaderboards, profiles, or rank screens. Your streak may be visible to other users if WalkOff displays streaks in profiles, leaderboards, or friend features. Your achievements may be visible to other users if WalkOff displays achievement badges or progress. Your leaderboard placement may be visible to other users in global, weekly, friend, or challenge leaderboards. Your shared walk summaries may be visible to people you share them with or platforms where you post them. You should treat public profile areas as public. Do not include private information in public areas of WalkOff.

27. Private Information

WalkOff treats certain information as private unless you choose to share it, a feature requires limited visibility, or disclosure is required by law. Your email address is generally private and used for account, support, security, privacy, and communication purposes. Your password authentication information is private and used to protect your account. Your precise Route Walk location history is treated as sensitive and should not be publicly displayed unless you choose to share route information through a WalkOff feature. Your Apple Health or wearable information is treated carefully and used only for WalkOff fitness features. Your subscription status is used to provide WalkOff Pro and support billing-related issues. Your support messages are used to respond to your request and maintain support records. Your blocked user list is used to maintain safety and reduce unwanted interaction. WalkOff limits access to private information to systems, service providers, and authorized people who need it to operate, secure, support, or improve WalkOff.

28. How WalkOff Shares Information

WalkOff does not sell your personal information. WalkOff does not sell health or fitness information. WalkOff does not sell Apple Health information. WalkOff does not sell precise location information. WalkOff does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 18. WalkOff may share information with service providers that help us operate the app and website. WalkOff may share information with cloud hosting providers so user accounts, app data, route summaries, achievements, and progress can be stored. WalkOff may share information with authentication providers so users can securely create accounts and sign in. WalkOff may share information with database providers so WalkOff can save and retrieve account, progress, leaderboard, and app information. WalkOff may share information with analytics providers so WalkOff can understand app performance and improve features. WalkOff may share information with crash reporting providers so WalkOff can identify and fix bugs. WalkOff may share information with payment or subscription platforms so WalkOff can verify subscription status and provide WalkOff Pro. WalkOff may share information with moderation or security providers so WalkOff can prevent abuse, cheating, harassment, spam, and unsafe content. Service providers may process information only to help WalkOff provide, secure, maintain, analyze, or improve the service. WalkOff may also share information when you give permission, when you choose to share content, when necessary to comply with law, when responding to legal requests, when protecting users, when investigating fraud or abuse, when enforcing rules, when protecting WalkOff’s rights, or during a business transfer.

32. Data Retention

WalkOff keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. WalkOff keeps account information while your account is active so you can sign in and use WalkOff. WalkOff keeps profile information while your account is active so your profile, leaderboard entry, rank, and achievements can be displayed. WalkOff keeps step, XP, streak, rank, and achievement history while your account is active so the app can show progress and maintain leaderboard features. WalkOff keeps Route Walk history while your account is active or until you delete it, if deletion tools are available, so you can view past walks and progress. WalkOff keeps subscription records as needed to provide WalkOff Pro, handle support, manage account status, comply with payment platform requirements, and maintain business records. WalkOff keeps support messages as needed to respond to requests, investigate issues, maintain safety, and keep records of privacy or account requests. WalkOff keeps moderation records as needed to prevent abuse, enforce rules, investigate reports, and protect users. WalkOff keeps crash logs and analytics data for a limited period to fix bugs, improve performance, and understand app usage. WalkOff may keep certain information after account deletion if reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, security, accounting, or enforcing rights. When information is no longer needed, WalkOff will delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

33. Account Deletion

WalkOff allows users to request account deletion. WalkOff should provide an account deletion option inside the app, such as in the Me section, account settings, or privacy settings. You may also request account deletion by contacting info@walkoff.com. When you delete your WalkOff account, WalkOff will delete or anonymize personal information connected to your account unless WalkOff needs to keep certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, safety, security, or enforcing rights. Deleting the WalkOff app from your device does not automatically delete your WalkOff account. Logging out of WalkOff does not delete your account. Canceling WalkOff Pro does not automatically delete your account. Deleting your WalkOff account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. If your subscription is managed by Apple, you must cancel it through your Apple account settings. After account deletion, some information may remain in backups for a limited time before being deleted according to normal backup practices.

34. Logout

WalkOff may allow you to log out from the Me section or account settings. Logging out signs you out of WalkOff on that device. Logging out does not delete your account. Logging out does not delete your data. Logging out does not cancel WalkOff Pro. Logging out does not remove information that may already appear in leaderboards, achievements, or other app features.

35. Your Privacy Choices

You may have choices over how WalkOff collects and uses information. You can choose not to create an account, but some app features may not work without an account. You can choose not to provide a profile photo, and WalkOff may use a default avatar instead. You can choose not to write a bio. You can choose not to use Route Walk. You can turn off location permission in your device settings. You can change Apple Health permissions in your device settings. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails. You can remove or change certain profile information inside the app if the feature is available. You can block users if blocking features are available. You can request account deletion by using the in-app deletion option or contacting info@walkoff.com. You can contact info@walkoff.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights where required by law. WalkOff may need to verify your identity before completing privacy requests.
